Disco Party Packages in Boston

Choose the atmosphere, then choose the production level. Our five packages are starting points rather than one-size-fits-all bookings. Disco Night keeps things focused on a DJ-led celebration. The featured DJ + Live Sax Disco Party adds a roaming musician, while Velvet Rope Disco Night builds on that duo with an LED dance floor, glitter bar and arrival experience.

Disco Headliner Party offers your choice of DJ + live sax or a seven-piece live disco and funk band. Ultimate Disco Experience offers the duo or an expanded nine–ten-piece band for larger rooms and galas. With either band choice, a DJ keeps the floor going between sets. Approximate guest capacities help you compare options, but the room layout and production requirements matter too.

Starting prices are not a promise that every venue requires the same setup. Your written quote will confirm performance hours, personnel, selected extras and any additional production or access costs. Tell us about loading docks, stairs, elevator reservations, setup windows and venue sound rules. Sharing these details early helps us recommend a realistic package rather than surprise you with changes later.

A celebration in Boston should fit the venue, not fight it. Whether you are comparing waterfront event spaces with hotel ballrooms, ask about music curfews, available electrical circuits and the space reserved for dancing. We also welcome inquiries for Brookline and Newton; sharing the actual venue address helps us plan loading access and arrival timing before the event schedule is finalized.

For Boston celebrations, keep your floor plan practical: leave clear paths to seating, exits and refreshments rather than filling every corner with décor. A venue in Brookline may have different setup rules from one in Newton, even at a similar guest count. We use your venue details to recommend a suitable layout, then confirm the proposed entertainment and production in a custom quote.

When comparing waterfront event spaces in Boston, remember that a great atmosphere still needs a workable room. Ask who approves the floor plan, where equipment can be unloaded and whether lifts must be booked. Keep exits and accessible routes clear, and confirm a sheltered alternative for any outdoor element. These are planning questions, not assumptions about your venue; we use the answers to make the entertainment proposal more useful and the event day easier to coordinate.

To start your Boston quote, choose a package below or select “Not sure yet” in the form. Add your date, guest count and venue information, then describe your ideal night. We aim to respond within 24 hours with a custom proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or commit you to a booking; the written proposal is the next step.
